Georgia's work has been amazing for unraveling injury patterns in my body which had built up for many years. She has reshaped what I thought was possible for my body. Through a combination of body work and pilates, I feel reborn after the recent birth of my first child. Georgia has helped me prepare for competition at the highest level and hopefully my fifth Olympic team in 2012.

I met Georgia ten years ago, when I was having trouble with my lower back. I needed some “maintenance” work as a result of a spinal fusion. Georgia’s massages and soft tissue therapy brought me much relief at that time, and it was the beginning of great relationship. Over the years, she has helped me on numerous occasions when I’ve injured myself. Her knowledge of the human body is quite impressive, especially how muscle groups interact, and how muscles and bones work together.
Last year Georgia became my Pilates instructor, and she and I began a one-on-one exercise program. As a result of her training and patience with me, I’m in much better shape now, and I’ve lost 20 pounds. Losing the weight has lowered my blood pressure and allowed me to quit the B.P. medication I was taking. Thank you, Georgia.

Georgia has fixed me so many times that I have lost track. Whether it was hip, shoulder, neck, or knees, her abilities to see how my movements were connected to other aspects of my well-being and provide me with a wealth of information on how to resolve the issue(s) and put me on the fast track to recovery are always welcome.
